DISTRICT 11 SOUTH - DIVISION 1 - FLOTILLA 1

The Auxiliary is
the volunteer civilian, non-military component of the United States Coast
Guard. Auxiliarists serve side-by-side with members of the Coast Guard and
wear similar uniforms. We are a diverse group of about 35,000
people. Our love of the water, knowledge of boating, and willingness
to serve fellow boaters binds us together to promote safe boating.
The Auxiliary built its foundation on four cornerstones: Public Education, Vessel Safety Checks, Operations, and Fellowship.
As a Member of the Auxiliary, you can participate in many of the Coast Guard's missions such as commercial fishing boat examinations, pollution patrols, radio watch standing at Coast Guard stations, regatta and safety patrols, search and rescue missions on the water and in the air, plus many more opportunities. Contact a member today for more information.
Our monthly meetings are open to the public and you are encouraged to attend. We meet the fourth Monday of each month at 6:30pm at the County Health Building, 3951 Rosecrans Street. (Click on link for directions)
